In the older version of LV, I believe there is an option like this My LV version is 4.27.32.0Īnd there is no setting about the "Flip to boot" or "Power on opening the lid" in the power setting section I think the setting is called "Flip to boot" but I cannot find it on my version of Lenovo Vantage. I was expecting this setting is on the BIOS or Lenovo Vantage, but I can't find any. In the section "Device" > "Device Settings" of the Vantage app, you can configure multiple options, including the setting "Power on opening the lid". You can disable it from the BIOS or from the Lenovo Vantage app.
Actually, this is sold as a "new" functionality, but I agree with you that is sometimes unwanted.
